What do administration permissions mean?

When adding a new administrator to an organisation profile, you can select up to 7 permissions. This guide explains those permissions.

1) Organisation

Organisation permissions control who can edit Organisation details and who can manage Organisation administrators.

  • Update Organisation - this administrator will be able to edit the organisation details, e.g address, website etc.
  • Create Administrators - this administrator will be able to add new administrators to this organisation profile.
  • Update Administrators - this administrator will be able to update the other administrators' records, i.e. change their permissions.
  • Delete Administrators - this administrator will be able to delete other administrators of the organisation profile, including you.

2) Opportunity

Opportunity permissions control who can manage Opportunities. All users can view Opportunities.

  • Create Opportunities - this administrator will be able to create a new opportunity for this organisation.
  • Update Opportunities - this administrator will be able to update existing opportunities offered by this organisation.
  • Delete Opportunities - this administrator will be able to delete an existing opportunity offered by this organisation.
