This guide will explain how to update your details.
As a volunteer recruiter, you probably do not really need to be concerned with personal details - unless you are also going to be applying for volunteering roles too. But there may be a time when you need to change your email address or your password. In order to do this, please click on Your Do-it in the top right-hand corner:
And from the drop-down menu, select Account Settings:
If you wish, you can change your profile picture and personal information: see our guidance here for help on this.
But the important sections for you are:
1) Communication Settings
This is where you can change the email address you use to access Do-it. Enter the new email address twice, and press Save.
This new email address will be the email address you use to Sign In to Do-it from now on. It will also be the email address you receive all Do-it emails at.
It is important that you double check this email address for typos or spelling mistakes.
2) Your Password
You can change your password here:
Enter your old password, and then your new password twice, and press Save, to change the password that you use to sign in to Do-it. Please make sure this is a memorable and a secure password.
