Can the platform automatically issue a feedback form to the employee to complete post-opportunity?

The platform will automatically trigger a notification to the employee once a volunteer opportunity has been completed. This will enable the volunteer to not only add details such as how many hours the volunteering involved but also to provide a narrative about the opportunity itself, allowing the posting of images and other media to bring the opportunity to life. Importantly, the platform will also ask questions to the volunteer to understand how it helped them to achieve their own Purpose. For example, if their Purpose was to improve confidence and learn new skills, the platform will ask them to ‘score’ how effectively this opportunity helped them to fulfil these ambitions. By doing this, if the volunteer opportunity becomes available to others then we can rank it higher for people with the same Purpose if a volunteer expresses that it helped them.
